Powder Storm

Do the pics say it all? lol. This is what I'm dealing with these days. lol

Ok, Brayden had just gotten out of the bathtub and we were getting ready for bed. I walk around the corner to find him having a ball with the baby powder. He was rubbing it in all nice and smooth on the ottoman. I surprisingly couldn't even get mad. lol. I grabbed the camera to get the shot, then looked at him and said, "time for bed baby."

Oh, the joys. ;)

Have You Seen Him?

So I'm sitting here on the couch thinking about my little man and wondering where the time has gone. It's only been two years and I already miss my little baby. He's getting to be such a big boy! My, how time flies, but I am so thankful to have a healthy son with so much personality. I'm truly blessed! Just look at these pics. Where did he go? ... :)

The World's Greatest

Brandon is in the process of building an outdoor kitchen at his house and Brayden certainly had his part in helping out. As you can see, he had a mini version of his Dad's big wheel barrow. Very cute. The next project is building a sandbox. :)


You'll see pics of him at the park, playing in the garden and two videos at the bottom. I can't tell you how proud it makes me to see the relationship and bond they have developed in the last 2 years.

Soooo, I'm thoroughly convinced that Brayden has got to have, hands down, the greatest Dad in the world (next to mine). :) Thank you Brandon, for being such a great father to our son!

Summer with Daddy

Hello All!!

As most of you know, Brayden spent the better part of the summer with his Dad in Austin. Brandon and Brayden had a great time and the proof is definitely in the pictures. 2009 Parks-Waters Family Reunion

On Brayden's great-grandfather's side of the family, this was our 25th Family Reunion and it was held in San Antonio, Texas! Sherry and I hosted and it turned out to be a really great time for everyone. This was Brayden's first trip to San Antonio (as I'm sure we'll be back), but he had an awesome time. We went to Sea World, the Alamo and took the Riverboat ride. I'll post the pics from Sea World later, but here are most of the pics. Enjoy!!

Night with the Naynie

Occasionally, my sister Sherry, Brayden's aunt, babysits he and his cousin JJ. Brayden calls her "Naynie". :) They have such a good time with her 'cause she is SUCH a good sitter. :) Here are some pics she took with her camera phone of their evening with her one night when she was sitting.
